REGISTRATION FEES AND OPTIONS
- AUTHOR – 400 EUR: Incl. access to full conference program, PDF version of IEEE conference proceedings, 1 lunch, gala dinner and coffee breaks, paper submission for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library, SCOPUS and Web of Science (WoS)
- STUDENT AUTHOR / IEEE MEMBER – 350 EUR: Author is Eng./PhD. student or member of IEEE, incl. access to full conference program, PDF version of IEEE conference proceedings, 1 lunch, gala dinner and coffee breaks, paper submission for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library, SCOPUS and Web of Science (WoS)
- CO-AUTHOR / PASSIVE PARTICIPANT – 350 EUR: Incl. access to full conference program, PDF version of IEEE conference proceedings, 1 lunch, gala dinner and coffee breaks
- ACCOMPANYING PERSON – 150 EUR: Incl. 1 lunch, gala dinner and coffee breaks. Suitable for family members of active/passive/student participants
Cancellation of registration: In case you need to cancel your participation at the conference, the cancellation must be sent in writing and sent to the Conference Office by mail or e-mail. Refunding of the conference fees (to be returned to the participant) (as per mail stamp or date of your mail or e-mail messages) is not possible after March 29, 2026.
